It started as an idea. Commercial real estate is more than just selling a building or renting space. With every commercial transaction there is a story that goes with it. The transaction is just the beginning. With every deal there is a positive impact on the community. Jim Tyler and Jim Brown came together to tell those stories.
Sure, there is news in the transaction.
But there is a story with people who participated in that transaction.
Native American Bank didn’t just buy a building. They took a prominent place in the community to help Native American communities across the west to build hospitals, grocery stores, public utilities, roads and more.
The Buell Media Center is more than just the new headquarters for Rocky Mountain PBS. It is a physical outreach to the community to bring the public back into public television.
Parker Racquet Club was more than the construction of a tennis facility. It was the culmination of a 40 year long dream to provide a place for local youth and families to gather and learn to play tennis.
Our mission is more than echoing the news of Colorado’s real estate deals. We are here to tell the story of the people and businesses bringing a positive impact to our communities. Here you will find the news, but you will also find the many uplifting stories that came after the news.
